A9 Universe

The A9 Universe is an alternate world belonging to the A-Type Multiverse. It is inspired by the events of Phantasmagoria of Flower View, the 9th installment of the Touhou Project series.

Description

The A9 Universe is an "extended incident" universe: the Sixty Year Cycle Great Barrier Incident has never ended. The protagonists' designs are based on their dialogue portraits.

Etymology

A characteristic unique to the A-Type Multiverse is the addition of a universe-specific epithet after a character's title. This epithet is in brackets to separate it from the title and directly references the Touhou Project game a universe is based on. The A9 Universe's epithets are based on the game's full name, 東方花映塚　～ Phantasmagoria of Flower View.
