The A16& Universe is an alternate world belonging to the A-Type Multiverse. It was first introduced in the Citrus Chronicles event.

Description

The A16& Universe is a version of the A16 Universe that has diverged further due to the presence of an Extended Being, an individual that may be responsible for the prolonging of the incident.

The A16 Universe is the 16th universe within the A-Type Multiverse. Unlike other universes, this number notation does not indicate divergence scale. The A16& Universe is a peculiar offshoot of the A16 Universe that has diverged even further. The meaning of the A symbol is currently unknown.

Major Points of Divergence:
- This universe is attributed to the points of divergence of A16. The A16& Universe has the added complication that Extended Beings (EX Beings) have started showing up.

Major Points of Convergence:
- This universe hardly ever converges. (Diverges to infinity.)

Etymology

A characteristic unique to the A-Type Multiverse is the addition of a universe-specific epithet after a character's title. This epithet is in brackets to separate it from the title and directly references the Touhou Project game a universe is based on. The A16& Universe's epithets are based on the game's full name, 東方天空璋　～ Hidden Star in Four Seasons, plus EX to denote an Extended Being.
